This privacy policy applies to Stage 5 Media App (the "App"), a private, internal-use application developed and operated by Stage 5 Media ("we", "us"). The App is not offered to, distributed to, or usable by the general public.
The App is used solely by Stage 5 Media and its authorized personnel to manage and report on our own advertising accounts. We do not onboard third-party users, and no member of the public can log in to or interact with the App.
When authorized by us, the App uses the Meta Marketing API to access data belonging to our own Meta Business, ad accounts, and Pages, which may include:
The App does not request, collect, or store personal information from consumers or end users. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or contact information of any individual through the App.
Data accessed through the App is used only to operate, analyze, optimize, and report on our own advertising activity. We do not use it for any other purpose.
We do not sell, rent, license, trade, or otherwise share data obtained through the App with any third party. Data is not transferred to advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics providers. We may disclose information only where required by law or valid legal process.
Any data retrieved by the App is stored in systems controlled by us, access-restricted to authorized personnel, and protected using commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including credential protection and restricted access. Access tokens and API credentials are stored securely and are never shared. We retain data only as long as needed for the operational and reporting purposes described above, after which it is deleted.
Because the App does not collect data from third-party or consumer users, there is no user data for individuals to request deletion of. We can delete any data the App has retrieved from the Meta Marketing API at any time. To request deletion, or to have the App's access revoked, contact us at russell@plattypus.co. Access can also be revoked at any time from our Meta Business Settings.
The App does not use cookies, pixels, or any tracking technologies, and does not track individuals across websites or services.
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
Our use of the Meta Marketing API is governed by the Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and applicable Meta Business Tools Terms. We handle all platform data in accordance with those terms and applicable data protection laws.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
